aessence GmbH ("aessence") provides a personalised supplement subscription service. We use your quiz answers to recommend a monthly supplement formula, which is delivered to your shipping address. Nothing in this service constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a country we ship to. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide — including health-related quiz answers — is accurate and complete.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in EUR inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of the billing date. Delivery times vary by country — see our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

See our full Returns Policy. Opened supplement pouches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All content on aessence.com — including the algorithm, supplement database, programme content, and brand assets — is owned by aessence GmbH and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aessence's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the total amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by German law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
