Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your billing date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is collected by the carrier.
Delivery times
- Germany — 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Austria, Switzerland — 2–4 business days
- EU (rest of) — 3–6 business days
- UK — 4–7 business days
- USA & Canada — 7–12 business days
- Rest of world — 10–18 business days
Shipping costs
- Germany — Free on all orders
- EU — €4.90 flat rate; free on orders above €70
- International — €9.90 flat rate
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. aessence has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, recyclable packaging. We use minimal packaging to reduce waste — your supplements arrive in a sealed kraft box with no single-use plastic. Each supplement pouch is individually sealed for freshness.
Delivery issues
If your parcel hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, first check the tracking number we emailed you. If the parcel appears lost or undelivered, contact us at support@aessence.com within 21 days of the dispatch date and we will investigate and reship at no charge if confirmed lost.
Address changes
To update your delivery address, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or email us at support@aessence.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
