Returns & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive your final delivery and will not be charged again. We do not issue refunds for the current billing period on cancellation.

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of the date you placed your first order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@aessence.com before the 14-day window closes. If your order has already been dispatched, you must return it in its original, sealed condition. We will refund the full order amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement pouches or bottles cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aessence.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Contact us at support@aessence.com — we take all reports seriously and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

1. Email support@aessence.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Ship the item(s) in their original packaging. We recommend using a tracked service.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
